They take the time to answer all your questions and are with you every step of the way. They provide you with the experience and confidence you need when renting a powertoy. In my opinion after being screwed over by a few locations in the past, the group of individuals from Bullhead City Jet Ski put your mind at ease and allow you to enjoy your entire experience. For this reason I am a returning client and will continue to use them when I go to Laughlin. They take care of you, and you can tell through their calm demeanor and collective behavior that they operate their business in an ethical way. (If you don’t believe me go rent from any other location and tell me how your experience is). It’s always intimidating renting a “toy”, I know the feeling of being reluctant to rent due to being blamed for something that “you did” (but you didn’t) and having the rental company come up on a quick pay day (like so many of these rental companies do); put your mind at ease and go to Bullhead City Jet Ski for your next rental and enjoy what you went there to do.... relax and enjoy the river! Still way cheaper than the other places. Seadoo was in good condition, full gas and they give you life jackets. You watch a quick safety video that isn't too long and reminded of a couple of best practices even though I'm a seasoned boater. Overall I'd recommend this place. Just make sure you pay attention to your pickup time because they do send somebody out to get you at that time.

We rented two jet skis here and had a great experience. We paid one price for everything, including the jet skis, life jackets, gas, drop in and pick up from... read more the river. They explained very carefully how to avoid damage to the skis so we wouldn’t have to pay any extra, and showed me exactly what the blades and intake looked like at the start, as that was the most important thing to avoid damage to. It was such an easy and pleasant experience with them doing all the work of taking the skis to the river, launching, and picking us back up. And two very friendly and well behaved dogs to keep you company while you watched the safety video, if you liked having them around. Big thumbs up - definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun day with no stress rental!
