In my opinion after being screwed over by a few locations in the past, the group of individuals from Bullhead City Jet Ski put your mind at ease and allow you to enjoy your entire experience. For this reason I am a returning client and will continue to use them when I go to Laughlin. They take care of you, and you can tell through their calm demeanor and collective behavior that they operate their business in an ethical way. (If you don’t believe me go rent from any other location and tell me how your experience is). They explained very carefully how to avoid damage to the skis so we wouldn’t have to pay any extra, and showed me exactly what the blades and intake looked like at the start, as that was the most important thing to avoid damage to. It was such an easy and pleasant experience with them doing all the work of taking the skis to the river, launching, and picking us back up. And two very friendly and well behaved dogs to keep you company while you watched the safety video, if you liked having them around. Big thumbs up - definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun day with no stress rental!
