They take the time to answer all your questions and are with you every step of the way. They provide you with the experience and confidence you need when renting a powertoy. In my opinion after being screwed over by a few locations in the past, the group of individuals from Bullhead City Jet Ski put your mind at ease and allow you to enjoy your entire experience. For this reason I am a returning client and will continue to use them when I go to Laughlin. They take care of you, and you can tell through their calm demeanor and collective behavior that they operate their business in an ethical way. (If you don’t believe me go rent from any other location and tell me how your experience is). Still way cheaper than the other places. Seadoo was in good condition, full gas and they give you life jackets. You watch a quick safety video that isn't too long and reminded of a couple of best practices even though I'm a seasoned boater. Overall I'd recommend this place. Just make sure you pay attention to your pickup time because they do send somebody out to get you at that time.
