Had a great time at Bullhead Jet Ski rental yesterday, my girlfriend and I went in to rent a Jet ski and had the best customer service you could ask... read more for. This is now our second time returning here because the owners are good honest people and deliver on what they promise. We went into the shop on Wednesday(yesterday) to rent a Jet Ski for Thursday(today), we filled out some paperwork, paid, watched a safety video to know how to properly take care of/ride a Jet ski and the rules to follow. Main thing is they made all of those things happen yesterday, so we can get out first thing on the water this morning. As long as you follow all the safety precautions and take care of the Jet Ski's like you would your own, you will have the best day out on the water. We are from Prescott, so only a few hours away. Anytime we are in bullhead and are looking to rent a Jet Ski, this is the one and only place to go. We will never go anywhere else and we cant wait to go out on the water in just a few hours!! They explained very carefully how to avoid damage to the skis so we wouldn’t have to pay any extra, and showed me exactly what the blades and intake looked like at the start, as that was the most important thing to avoid damage to. It was such an easy and pleasant experience with them doing all the work of taking the skis to the river, launching, and picking us back up. And two very friendly and well behaved dogs to keep you company while you watched the safety video, if you liked having them around. Big thumbs up - definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun day with no stress rental!

The ski ran great the whole family had a blast for some great prices too compared to some of the other places we called. I definitely recommend going here if you're look for a good ski and a stress free weekend for your family. They got us in and out the door super quickly, no hidden fees or anything! Still way cheaper than the other places. Seadoo was in good condition, full gas and they give you life jackets. You watch a quick safety video that isn't too long and reminded of a couple of best practices even though I'm a seasoned boater. Overall I'd recommend this place. Just make sure you pay attention to your pickup time because they do send somebody out to get you at that time.

I would definitely recommend these guys! It was our first time operating or being on a Jet Ski, and they took the time to show us how to use them... read more properly and safely. Sammy made sure our life vests fit properly, showed us a video, explained thoroughly how use them, but he didn’t stop there when they delivered them (at no additional charge) Mike another employee gave us another tutorial on the water. The fee’s were upfront and definitely reasonable. In fact Sammy almost gave us an additional $30 we were going to rent an innertube and at the last minute we decided that we did not want it because we got a second Jet ski instead so when we were paying he took the $30 off twice. We will be back, we had a blast!!!
