Had a great time at Bullhead Jet Ski rental yesterday, my girlfriend and I went in to rent a Jet ski and had the best customer service you could ask... read more for. This is now our second time returning here because the owners are good honest people and deliver on what they promise. We went into the shop on Wednesday(yesterday) to rent a Jet Ski for Thursday(today), we filled out some paperwork, paid, watched a safety video to know how to properly take care of/ride a Jet ski and the rules to follow. Main thing is they made all of those things happen yesterday, so we can get out first thing on the water this morning. As long as you follow all the safety precautions and take care of the Jet Ski's like you would your own, you will have the best day out on the water. We are from Prescott, so only a few hours away. Anytime we are in bullhead and are looking to rent a Jet Ski, this is the one and only place to go. We will never go anywhere else and we cant wait to go out on the water in just a few hours!! In my opinion after being screwed over by a few locations in the past, the group of individuals from Bullhead City Jet Ski put your mind at ease and allow you to enjoy your entire experience. For this reason I am a returning client and will continue to use them when I go to Laughlin. They take care of you, and you can tell through their calm demeanor and collective behavior that they operate their business in an ethical way. (If you don’t believe me go rent from any other location and tell me how your experience is). It’s always intimidating renting a “toy”, I know the feeling of being reluctant to rent due to being blamed for something that “you did” (but you didn’t) and having the rental company come up on a quick pay day (like so many of these rental companies do); put your mind at ease and go to Bullhead City Jet Ski for your next rental and enjoy what you went there to do.... relax and enjoy the river!
